Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- New and slightly used — unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns should be sent by mail using the return label included in your original package.
The return shipping label is provided free of charge with your order.
There are no restocking fees for returned items.

- The following reasons are covered by our 30 Days FULL Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item.

No Refund
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 days Refund Policy. We are not liable for these issues.
- Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
- Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
- Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer’s handling.
- Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
- Products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
Exchanges :
- We accept exchanges for items that are defective or if you prefer a different size, color, or variant.
